Summer Critique Workshop: Fiction

This August, Emerald Coast Storytellers is excited to offer a new opportunity for writers looking to hone their craft and elevate their works in progress. In lieu of our regular Open Mic Night and Writing Night, we are introducing specialized critique workshops, divided into fiction and poetry sessions. These small, genre-specific groups will provide a supportive environment for peer critique and constructive feedback, helping writers refine their current projects.

Fiction Critique Workshop

- Facilitator: Arlon Staggs

- Duration: 2-hour sessions

- Capacity: Limited to 8 participants

- Submission Process: Up to 15 pages (double-spaced)

- Schedule: Mondays from 6-8 PM, starting August 5th

- Fee: $100 (50% discount if registered by July 18th)

Participants will have the chance to submit their pages before the workshop and engage in thorough peer critique sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity to receive personalized feedback and improve your writing in a collaborative setting.
