About the event
Join us for the launch of Distilled: An Artist Series at Distillery 98, presented in collaboration with Emerald Coast Storytellers, introducing March’s featured artist, Wes Hinds.
The name Distilled comes from the idea of extracting the essence of something — just as spirits are distilled, artists distill their experiences, influences, and perspectives into creative work. This opening gallery night begins Wes’ month-long installation, with artwork displayed throughout the distillery for guests to experience all March long.
Come sip, mingle, and explore as Wes takes over the walls with a selection of his bold, layered work rooted in graffiti and contemporary street art.
Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy drinks from the bar, grab a bite from Sunset Slice and Scoop, and hear Wes share a brief glimpse into his creative journey and the ideas behind his work — bringing context to the pieces beyond the wall.
